Heritage Wheat Cultured Bread!

I am the bread queen!

While it may not have come out quite as poofy as the bread I used to bake and sell in the cohousing community I lived in, considering it’s 100% wheat and has a funny creature inside of it I am very pleased.  And more importantly, it tastes good.  And even more important, it didn’t make me feel sick and tired like other gluten breads do!  Time will tell if it affects my joints or not, but so far so good!
