This post will be short and sweet, mostly because my hands went numb and my fingers don’t function from the hand milking.
So here it is…
We got ALMOST 4 cups tonight! That is quite amazing I think since this was our 6th time EVER to milk and 4 cups is generally what Maggie used to get from Kissy. I probably milked a whole cup with my own one hand (I admit I tried to be as cool as the Weed Em and Reap kids milking with two hands but nothing came out of the teat in my left hand, haha! Well, A for effort. That milk machine, I will admit, has been useful as heck. It may not be glamorous but it functions and it’s pretty cool to watch the milk pour down the tube. We’ll do a video some day when we actually look like we know what we are doing, which may still be a while.
